Your day begins with coffee, introductions and a double helping of light banter and laughter after which your cooking will commence in the Ashoka kitchen. Hardeep will demonstrate a number of dishes from his childhood memories. You will learn how to cook with spices, marinate food and prepare starters, main courses and desserts.

At the end of the session you will sit down with your fellow students to a feast of Indian delights accompanied by wine or soft drinks. You will also receive a complimentary signed Ashoka cook book to take home and impress your family and friends!!

The course lasts approx. 5 hours and will be held on 26th and 27th June and 3rd and 4th July at Ashoka at the Mill, Glasgow. Cost is £150 per session and includes an evening of fun and laughter on the same dates with the hilarious comedian Hardeep Singh Kohli. (Includes food).
